Cruise report - Eagleby - Sunday 14th August 2005.

Dear Air Cushion Vehicle enthusiast,
The last cruise was on Sunday 14th August at Eagleby. This was attended by:-

Des Goss in a Turbo Wedge 225,
Phillip Audsley in a Turbo Wedge 225 and
Steven Odgaard in a Bill Baker Vehicle 2.

Visitors were Angus and Lucas Kerr, David Odgaard and Sylvia and BJ.
The three craft travelled to Waterford and back.

Club members: Arthur Stead and Peter Venn are presently touring various hovercraft hot spots in the United States of America and Arthur is recording the trip log on the internet.

Next club cruise:-
The next cruise for the Queensland branch will be at the Pimpama River via Foxwell Road just north of Dreamworld on Sunday 18th September 2005.
Launch at 10:00am.

Next Queensland branch meeting:-
7:30pm Monday 19th September 2005.
SAAA hall at Archerfield Aerodrome.
Beatty Road Qld 4108.

Michael the worm digger from Pinkenba saw me yesterday and said he would like to attend.
Numbers will be down with Peter and Arthur being away.
Rob Solomons of Buderim recently joined our club. Rob is building a Viper hovercraft.
